2010 OSLC Family Camp
What is it?
Family Camp is a wonderful opportunity to get away and kick back with fellow members of the OSLC family. Young families, retirees, experienced campers, empty-nesters, camping newbies – everyone has a chance to reconnect with their families and make new friendships in the great outdoors.
What will we do?
There is a variety of organized activities but also plenty of time for spontaneous fun. Friday night is movie night, we share a potluck meal together on Saturday night and worship together Sunday morning before a pancake breakfast. But there’s time each day for your family and friends to explore the park, go swimming, biking, hiking or geo-caching, catch a nap, organize the world’s largest game of tag – whatever!
When?
Thursday, August 26, through Sunday, August 29.
Where?
Whitewater State Park. The park is in the bluffs of southeastern Minnesota about 3 miles south of Elba on State Highway 74, and is 115 miles around 2 hours from Stillwater.

Cost?
$80.50 - this cost covers 3 nights at an electric campsite site and the reservation fee. If you do not already have an annual state park permit, you will have to purchase a permit at the park. We have room for tents, pop-up trailers, fifth-wheel or RV campers.
How to Register?
Due to changes in the state park reservation system, we have already secured 13 electric sites and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If more than 13 families register, we will contact the park to see if more sites are available. Reserve your spot online by clicking the “Register Now” button on the left size of the page. After you enter your household into our online registration system, register for Family Camp by clicking on 1 adult household member. In the Things to Note section, please let us know what you will be camping in and the length (for trailers or RV’s).
