Thank you for your interest in finding a church home for you and your child. We are anxious to get to know your family and quickly welcome your child into our fun, friendly, faith community.
We have an incredible  team, waiting to build a relationship with your child and share the love of Jesus with them. Our vision is to attract children to Christ through genuine friendships, relevant programs, authentic Bible learning and pure fun! Our motto is the bigger the mess the more fun we had! Learning about Jesus should be fun and exciting.
In Luke 10:41-42, Jesus said, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed." We encourage children and families to focus on the one most important thing in life: a growing relationship with Jesus! Through children and family ministry we encourage life-changing relationships with Jesus in age- appropriate ways. We accomplish this by:
- Creating a welcoming environment
- Providing well-designed spaces for children to explore, play and learn in
Modeling Christian values
- Encouraging friendships
Training and equipping leaders to work with children and families
- Providing opportunities to strengthen our relationship with God and other Christians; nurturing faith formation by applying faith to life
Providing learning that is REAL – relational, experiential, applicable and learner-based
- Meeting people where they are at on their faith journey and equipping each one to live as a Child of God.
Through Children and Family Ministries at Our Savior’s we nurture children and their families in their relationship to God and one another. Our goal is to equip the Christian home as the primary place where faith formation occurs, ultimately encouraging a growing relationship with Jesus. We strive to help children and parents relate faith to daily life, to welcome all into our church family, to encourage and nurture faith life in the home and to provide resources, and involve children and families in the life of the congregation.
