The cost of the event is $15.

Turn in your money and forms to the church office by November 7.

Required forms are OSLC Trip Release form and Sky Zone Release form.
Forms will be available outside the youth room or you can find them online:
    www.stpaul.skyzonesports.com for the Sky Zone form
   www.oslcstillwater.org/forms.aspx to download the OSLC Trip Release form

Students should meet at the Oakdale Sky Zone, 595 Hale Ave N, Oakdale, MN, at 4:30p and be picked up by 7p.

Dinner will be provided!
